I used to be a perfectionist, procrastinator, undervalued myself, easily hurt, manipulated by others and attempted to be taken advantage of. In my story, I’m sharing more how I overcame the toxic cycle of stress, depression, fear, and a eating disorder. Once I knew my worth, and who I was in God everything changed. I’m a National Board Health and Wellness Coach & Professional Hair/Makeup Artist.
I help women & men overcome negative self talk and limiting beliefs.
I believe in being pro-active instead of reactive.

At Krystal Rose my goal is to revolutionize the health and wellness industry back to its original roots founded in holistic alternative medicine that’s been around for centuries known to cure & heal without the use of harsh drugs. I partner with acupuncturists, iridologists, chiropractors, therapists, naturopaths, homeopaths, and functional doctors. I believe in getting back to our ultimate healer Jesus Christ. My heart is to see people healed, whole, set free and delivered.
